John F. Rudisill
John Rudisill is the managing attorney of Rudisill Estate & Elder Law Associates. His areas of practice include estate planning, probate administration, elder law, simple wills and trusts, ethical wills, the abuse of financial interests under legal documents such as power of attorneys and trusts and wills, and small business consultation.
John attended public schools in Charlotte and has lived here most of his life. He is married to a retired attorney, Bynum “Bufi” Griffin Rudisill, and has one daughter Elizabeth. He began his law practice as a solo general practice attorney in Charlotte in 1979. From 1980 to 1991, his practice comprised both civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts.
From 1986 to the present, his offices have been located in the Charlotte National Building. He practiced from 1991 to 1996 with John Campbell as Campbell & Rudisill and by himself since 1996, maintaining his independence in his zealous representation of his clients. John appreciates the importance of his clients’ privacy and, due to his discretion in handling sensitive matters, often his cases have escaped public attention.
