Emily G. Morris

Emily Morris is an associate attorney at Rudisill Estate & Elder Law Associates.  Her areas of practice include estate planning, probate administration and business law.  Listening to clients and determining the best plan for their family, is Emily’s main concern.

Emily is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and worked for an estate planning firm in Winston-Salem, North Carolina before moving to Charlotte in 2018.

In law school, Emily was extremely active in the Wake Forest Pro Bono Project, serving as chair of the Expungement Clinic for two years.  She was also involved in the Wills Clinic and volunteered with the NCBA’s Wills for Heroes program.  Her last year of law school, she participated in the Elder Law Clinic, serving the elderly in Forsyth County by preparing estate planning documents, applying for Medicaid and participating in guardianship hearings.

Emily lives in the South End neighborhood of Charlotte with her sister and their two corgis.
